I finished writing the draft of the sequel to HER KNIGHT AT THE MUSEUM! It’s with my editor now!
I truly appreciate the Arlington Heights Memorial Library—it’s open till 9 pm on weekdays, and I do a lot of book editing for clients and writing there. It’s my home away from home! They always have great programs there. I loved this Day of the Dead / Día de Los Muertos altar. When we lived in Tucson, Día de Los Muertos was a big community celebration, and I know it is in some Chicago neighborhoods, too!
Do you have a favorite witchy or magical romance? I am re-reading Lana Harper’s Witches of Thistle Grove series. I love these books! I just realized I need to get the last one in paperback, though! I want her to sign them all when I have an author event with her at Love’s Sweet Arrow in Tinley Park (Chicago suburbs) on Nov. 16th!
Jack O’Lantern World in Lake Zurich (Chicago suburbs) has become our Halloween tradition! It’s amazing what they do with thousands of pumpkins.
